Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The bathrooms were amazing, man. Three of them! And they had showers and hairdryers too. I mean, who doesn't love a good bathroom? As a budget traveller, this was like winning the lottery.

I guess some people might think three bathrooms in one room is too much. But hey, that's just me.

Our stay at Potters Bank was amazing! The layout of the property was fantastic, with three floors connected by small, easy to ascend staircases. We absolutely loved the kitchen, which was a separate room of its own and located just one door down from a cozy living room and dining room. All the rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully cozy. Our teenager had the first floor to herself, with a small bedroom, full bed, and desk. The beds in all the rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the bedding was great. The location was also convenient, with a grocery store just 0.7 miles away and easy access to events at Durham University, the castle, and the city center.

We had a great stay at Host & Stay - Potters Bank in Durham. The house was modern and comfortable, with plenty of space and three bathrooms. The beds were comfy, and we loved having Free WiFi and access to Netflix on the TV. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary appliances. The location was convenient, with easy access to town either by car or walking paths. We also appreciated the availability of grocery and restaurant deliveries through Uber Eats. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this property.

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. The recycling bins in the kitchen were placed in an awkward spot behind the door, and we had some difficulty figuring out which bin was for general waste, paper, or plastic/glass.

While it was a bit of a walk to the city center, it was a pleasant journey mostly downhill. We would definitely recommend taking a taxi back home for convenience. we loved the layout of the property, with three floors connected by easy-to-ascend staircases. It provided plenty of privacy and space for our family, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The added bonus of Sainsbury local grocery being a short distance away was also very convenient.
